Culinary Creators Series x Jackson Boxer: 7th October

The Culinary Creators Series at Muse celebrates chefs and hospitality figures who are shaping the industry as it is today in 2026. The series brings together both chef-owners and influential creatives from across hospitality, people who have built remarkable careers and continue to push boundaries.

An eight-course dinner, half created by Tom and half created by Jackson, all cooked live in front of you. The format is intentionally informal and energetic, allowing guests to see these chefs outside of a traditional restaurant setting, cooking in real time, sharing their personal style, ideas, and influences.
What makes the series especially exciting is the diversity of voices: from classical fine-dining masters to modern, non-traditional cooks. It’s a rare opportunity to watch these incredible talents cook side by side, exchange ideas, and create something unique for one night only, immersive, creative, and genuinely fun.
Jackson Boxer is a self-taught chef and restaurateur, best known as the founder of Brunswick House in Vauxhall, the ingredient-led, seasonally driven restaurant he opened in 2013 inside a salvaged Georgian mansion. He went on to open the acclaimed seafood restaurant Orasay in Notting Hill, before reworking the space into Dove in 2025, and this year opened his latest project, Vesper, on Exmouth Market. Known for his instinctive, produce-first approach to cooking and his eye for atmosphere and place, Jackson is one of the most distinctive voices in modern British dining. Expect food that’s rooted in seasonality, generous, and full of character.
