Andrei Avrinte, Head Chef

Rooted in French culinary tradition, Andrei sharpened his craft in some of Europe’s finest kitchens, including 1 and 2 Michelin-starred restaurants. His career has spanned contemporary cuisine alongside visionary chefs like Guillaume Sanchez, as well as classical fine dining at iconic establishments such as La Chèvre d’Or. Beginning his journey under the mentorship of Chef Thierry Breton in Paris, he has carried forward a passion for both innovation and authenticity. Now based in London, he brings his creativity, curiosity, and love for food to inspire every dish at Muse.

 

Gareth Tootell, General Manager 

Raised in rural northern England, Gareth first trained in law (LL.B (Honours), Sheffield Hallam) and worked in M&A/credit control before switching to hospitality. He worked front-of-house across Australia, New Zealand and the US, then in New York joined Daniel Boulud to open Boulud Sud, earning WSET Advanced (Level 3) with Distinction and spending six years across Restaurant Daniel and as GM at Boulud Sud and Bar Boulud. He later served as a sommelier at The French Laundry and ran The Broadmoor’s Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond restaurant, before returning to New York with Restaurant Associates. We are now very lucky to have him as General Manager at Muse.

 

Elisa Marchini, Restaurant Manager & Head Sommelier
Elisa has an impressive background in wine and hospitality. Originally from the coast of Tuscany, Elisa’s passion for wine was ignited growing up on her family’s vineyard. Her career ties in beautifully with Tom’s experience, being both a protégée of Pierre Koffman and having worked at L’Atelier Robuchon!
