Giovanna was born and raised in Pattada, a small village in Sardinia. After many years in Sardinia and working and travelling in Italy, Giovanna decided to head to London to learn English. From the minute Giovanna arrived, her passion for London and the hospitality industry grew. Over the last 10 years Giovanna has worked within sommelier roles within some of London’s finest Michelin restaurants, including Maze Mayfair, The Five Fields in Sloane Square and Royal Hospital Road.
Sean has worked for some of the finest UK restaurants; In 2012, Sean worked as restaurant manager for Chez Vous a neighbourhood restaurant in Surrey, before joining The Ledbury as Senior Sommelier in 2014. After learning a wealth of skills and experience, Sean moved to The Clove Club two years later, working as Assistant General Manager. During Sean’s tenure at The Clove Club, the restaurant gained and retained its position of Best Restaurant in the UK in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Sean has joined the Muse team as General Manager.
