A two Michelin-starred chef and one of the UK’s most respected culinary figures, Daniel is the chef patron of Midsummer House in Cambridge, where he has held two stars for over two decades. Known for his exacting standards, precision and relentless pursuit of perfection, his cooking is both highly technical and deeply flavour-driven.

Over the years, he has trained some of the industry’s top chefs and built a reputation for pushing boundaries while staying rooted in classical technique. His style is bold, refined and uncompromising.

For one night only, he will be cooking alongside Tom Aikens — an eight course collaboration, created together and cooked live in an intimate setting that puts you right in the middle of the action.
