Women in Wine – 14th October

A truly special evening at Muse, wine education paired with Michelin-starred food, hosted by four pioneering women of the wine world.

On 14th October, all four women will be with us in person at Muse, personally talking you through their wines, the stories, the estates, the choices behind every glass. Whether you’re already a serious wine lover or simply want to learn more, this is a rare chance to hear directly from four pioneers of the industry, paired with food from Tom’s Michelin-starred kitchen.

THE WOMEN:

Beatriz Cabral Almeida, winemaker at Quinta dos Carvalhais in Portugal’s Dão region, combines a background in microbiology and oenology with a deep connection to Portuguese terroir.

Sofia Ricasoli, the fifth generation of the Ricasoli family and founder of Innesto, is creating her own expression of Tuscan winemaking, drawing on generations of Chianti Classico heritage.

Sophie Cossy took over her family’s Champagne estate at just 25 following the death of her father. Today, she leads Champagne Sophie Cossy in the Montagne de Reims, creating expressive, terroir-led Champagnes while carrying forward a family history in the vineyards that stretches back to 1764.

Nicole Rolet is co-founder and principal of Chêne Bleu, a pioneering Rhône estate born from the restoration of an abandoned medieval priory and vineyard in Provence. Her work has placed sustainability, biodiversity and thoughtful winemaking at the heart of the estate.
